I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate my family, upgrading us to a club suite for my mum's birthday celebration. The view of the NYE fireworks from our room was absolutely amazing. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of many local attractions, making it easy to access the downtown area. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch and the facilities provided, especially the sky lounge with its fabulous views, were superb. Additionally, the hotel offers free Wifi throughout the stay, which was a great advantage.

We loved the spectacular skyline view and the convenient location near the City Hall MRT and Quays. The hotel facilities, including the beautiful pools and well-equipped gym, were exceptional. The staff, especially Anne the Assistant Manager, were professional, friendly, and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The hotel's prime location allowed us to easily explore major sights and neighborhoods like Singapore River, China Town, CBD, Orchard Road, and Little India.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, with the City Hall MRT station just a few steps away, making it convenient to explore this city. The hotel facilities were excellent, especially the breakfast buffet which had a wide variety of delicious options. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The cleanliness of the rooms was impressive, and the hotel's proximity to the Airport Metro line and the Night Safari Shuttle made transportation easy.
